Outdoor Extravaganza

Spanning 128 acres, our outdoor area is a playground for active events. From our 18-hole FootGolf/DiscGolf course to the 9-hole pitch and putt course, we offer the perfect backdrop for gatherings of all sizes. Host large school days, community events, or special celebrations accommodating up to 2000+ people, such as end-of-year parties and Eid prayers.

 WHAT WE CAN OFFER

1. Private BBQ Area

   • 1-Hour BBQ Area Hire: £50 per hour (Minimum 4 hours)

   • Private seating for up to 20 people

   • Bring your own BBQ food or outsource catering

   • All drinks must be purchased from the bar or a corkage fee must be arranged by th clubhouse

2. Children's Party Room

   • £60 per Hour

   • 5 large 8 seater tables and chairs for 32 provided

   • Perfect for little ones' celebrations

   • Exclusive private space for an intimate party atmosphere

   • Bring your own decorations and make it a day to remember

3. Outdoor Marquee Hire

   • Ideal for gatherings: £100 per hour (Minimum 2 hours)

   • Accommodates up to 120 seated and 180 standing

   • Perfect for special occasions

   • Heater provided on request

   • Lighting provided on request

4. Fully Licensed Bar & Clubhouse Hire

   • Alcohol license until 11 pm

   • Indoor space for birthday parties, junior discos, and more

   • Snacks, ice cream, and a variety of drinks available

5. Outdoor Event Area ​

   • Maximum 500 people, £120 per hour (Minimum 2 hours)

   • Add-ons like giant inflatables available

   • Tailored packages based on your needs

   • Bespoke offerings for your unique celebration

6. Exclusive Private Hire of HHAC for Community Events

• Day Rate: £3000

• Ideal for community-wide celebrations
